Grilled has recently opened in Victoria Street Darlinghurst and also in Crown Street.
We experienced the product and service at the Victoria Street (314) Store in the former Vietnamese Restaurant site close to Wow Cow.
The good thing for me is they offer a Gluten free bun which can be in many cases very scary indeed however in this case it was very good.
The burger range is extensive including Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Veggie, Kids and snack size burgers.
They also offer steak sandwiches, salads and the mandatory hot chips.
The food was very good and substantial, designed to be eaten with your hands with hand washing facilities in the restaurant space and toilets (the basin FOH has no paper towel provided).
The fit-out is rustic country featuring a cooking line and counter with a prep kitchen back of house.
Ample seating in a cosy environment as today was freezing outside. Seating includes community and and other table configerations.
The store was busy even around 3pm and a place I would re-visit without question.
The value was in the product using quality ingredients and staff were motivated to provide the best service they could given its an order at counter and deliver to table concept.
 
It would be great with some footpath dining to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying the burger feast.
